• 1955 - Began Company. Produced 750 bbls/day reforming natural gasoline into motor fuel
• 1961 - Added specialty lines
• 1963-1972 - Built world's first hydro-dealkylation unit & molecular sieve unit
• 1972-1982 - Refined crude oil, producing gasoline, diesel, & other commodity products
• 1975-1984 - Began operations through ship & barge docks, pipelines, and process equipment in Vidor, TX - 300 employees
• 1982-1983 - Oil bust - 10 employees
• 1985 - Regrouped & began producing high purity solvents. Produced 1500 bbls/day
• 1988 - Produced LVT solvent for Conoco, Aromax for Chevron
• 1994 - Produced 2300 bbls/day in PenHex unit
• 1998 - Expanded toll processing unit - white oils fractionation
• 1999 - Added toll processing unit - aromatics fractionation
• 2000 - Added hydrogenation unit - aromatics
• 2005 - Producing 3000 bbls/day in PenHex unit - 100 employees
• 2005 - Doubled white oils capacity
